Shopify support chat help is not being answered by any advisor. Requested Shopify support callback, they disconnected the call before an advisor was on the line.
All of the sudden I am unable to purchase shipping labels. I receive an error code " Unexpected error" - I am now forced to ship everything manually through another service which is a huge hassle and negated the shopify carrier discounts. How do I contact Customer support? and email? a phone number? I am having a hard time finding any contact information for shopify I just keep getting redirected to this discussion board.
Thank you for responding. Do you know a customer service email or a portal where I can create a ticket? How are you contacting them? I’ve been using Shopify for years and never had an issue so this simply never came up.
Same problem on our end. Tried UPS and USPS with the same error. Not sure we have tried to ship anything over the weekend, but we just noticed 5 minutes ago. (Monday Morning)
I have this same issue today out of no where. It usually fixes itself quickly but it has now been about an hour. I also can’t get on a chat as that function is not working on Shopify either.
Same issue as well. When I googled the error message it seems it happened back june of 2020 also.. wonder how long till this is resolved? I have TWELVE orders to get out today
I’m getting the same error. According to the Shopify status page they’re having some issues. I have a callback requested from their support team, which I should receive in about an hour. I’ve seen this happen before, and they usually fix within the day. Hopefully they’ll fix this soon.
