Upgraded my shopify account and now cant access themes or staff

Was able to use the shopify CLI and everything to push/pull/publish themes but now i cant even have staff log in or develop themese. whats going on? is there a time period for your account to reset from a trial after subscribing to a plan? how do i bypass this and add a staff member to a paid account? when i click reactivate staff it just errors out and then i deleted the staff and now i cant add any more staff at all.

how much do you have to pay for a plan to have staff and custom themes? thought this was included in all plans.

i bought the $1/month at first and that didnt work i switched to the $60/year one and still issues

i also cant remove the card or change plans anymore now. feeling wacky lol hoping i dont need to cancel my credit card

Sometimes, when we make changes, our browsers can store old information causing issues like this to arise. When you make a change in your Shopify admin that doesn’t reflect on your storefront it’s usually an indicator that your browser is keeping hold of some old information. To fix this please clear your browser’s cache and cookies. If you’re not sure how to do that here is a handy guide that covers all browsers.
