UPS Disappeared as a Shipping Option 10/12/22

I am trying to fulfill orders this morning and UPS is no longer an option. The only options that I have are the USPS ship methods. Yesterday this was working fine. I just double checked and it is enabled in the settings. I also tried deleting it and re-enabling and I still cannot select UPS as a ship option.

Hi! We recently noticed our UPS rates are not showing for our customers nor when we create a draft order.
It stopped working around 8:30am. Not sure what is happening or if there is a temp issue happening and it’s getting fixed.

Can anyone provide with some insight?

Same here. Nor are UPS rates populating when I click the CREATE LABEL.

Same here! We were only able to print USPS orders.
Now we are getting a 504 Gateway Time-Out Error and can’t access anything. :confused:

We use UPS all the time. For some reason, it is not working today. I try to mail a package, and only USPS shows up as an option. Is anyone else having this issue? Was there some global change made that is hiding UPS as an option?

Well, if you’re not using PIRATE SHIP, you should be. BUT, I have a customer that selected 2nd Day Air, and anything 2nd Day, Next Day, 3rd Day is cheaper on Shopify. I use Pirate Ship for everything else.

Using UPS has worked for years on Shopify. I should not need a third party
app for this issue.

Same here. As of this morning, UPS is not being offered to our customers, nor to us in Admin. We are unable to view any UPS rates from Shopify’s CREATE LABEL button.

www.PirateShip.com IS pulling UPS Rates, but Shopify has better Next/2nd/3rd Day Rates. Otherwise, we use www.PirateShip.com - where Pracel Select Cubic is awesome, and UPS Ground is the same as Shopify’s UPS Ground rates.

Same issue here. Shipped UPS 4 PM last night, USPS rates are 20% higher for what we ship so a big problem today.

I got Chat going just now, they’re looking into it.

Been on hold with Support for a while…says 1 minute and its been 30 minutes

I reached out to Shopify Support over an hour ago. It is no longer an option on our website, or an option when trying to bill a draft order. This can greatly hurt our website sales as most of our products are large and heavy, so UPS is the cheapest option. Support had no resolution for us as of right now, and we just have to sit and wait until we receive an email for them, while we sit here and lose sales because of it.

Same problem here. Can’t fulfill UPS in admin or when you checkout as a customer.
