I’m facing a serious issue on my Shopify store — opureaustralia.com.au. Customers are unable to complete the checkout process. I reached out to Shopify chat support, but unfortunately, they couldn’t resolve it. Later, I received an email response after three days, and now it’s been over 24 hours with no follow-up or reply.
This issue is directly affecting my sales and customer experience. Has anyone faced a similar problem or know how to fix checkout issues like this? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are many reasons of this issue regarding the customers can’t checkout. The one of the main reason can be that your payment from Shopify on hold or you have a lot of charge-back from your customers. By any chance can you share your store collab code in the p/m so that I can fix this issue.
That sounds like a pain, especially with checkout down. First, determine if a recent theme change or third-party app script is interfering with checkout by changing to a default, unmodified Shopify theme such as Dawn and testing checkout again. If it functions on that theme, the problem is with your theme—disable your custom checkout or cart scripts one at a time to find the culprit.
