URGENT HELP! No Shipping rates found for address!

UPDATE: SOLVED! Please delete thread

Hi for some reason I just found that no matter what address I enter I get the error:

I urgently need help with this as I’ve had a lot of “reached to checkouts” only then for people to abandon cart. I’ve gone to Settings > Shipping and added rates for every zone, yet the problem persists. This has been going on without my knowledge for too long leading me to lose A LOT of sales.

“This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.”

This is ridiculous as the settings clearly show no other option can be applied as ALL ZONES HAVE RATES and “Rest of world” is selected meaning no country should be excluded!!!

The “3 zones” listed are EU, UK and Worldwide

I can appreciate how this can be frustrating and confusing. However, I hope to help you find the answers quickly.

This could happen in case you have Shopify Markets. Shopify Market settings have a higher priority than your shipping zones settings. For example, suppose that you have a shipping zone country with shipping rates available, but the country is also in an inactive market in your Market settings. Even though there are shipping rates available, customers from that country can’t place an order because the country is in an inactive market.

If you have this feature on your account, head to Settings > Markets to check if other countries have been enabled. To add countries, select Manage > Activate market. Then you should see additional countries within the dropdown options on your checkout page.
