urgent refund

Subject: Billing Assistance Request

Dear Shopify Support,

I recently reopened a store that had previously expired. I was charged £25 for reactivation and then another £25, which appears related to a prior billing attempt.

After reconsidering, I have chosen not to continue with the store. I would appreciate it if you could review these charges and confirm whether a refund is possible, as the store is no longer active and was not fully used.

Please also confirm that the account has been closed and that no further charges will occur.
