Why am I being charged twice after closing my store?

Is there anyone who can help me get a refund for two billing charges on my account?? I’ve closed down my store and it’s been inactive for three months. I’m not sure why I’m being charged $9 a month. If anyone could get back to me asap that’ll be great!
