I am writing to express my concern regarding the unexpected termination of my Shopify account (store: 85a626-b5.myshopify.com) shortly after I completed my payment.

I completed my payment yesterday, and to my surprise, I received a notification that my account has been terminated. This has left me unable to access my store.

I kindly request clarification on the reasons for this termination and any steps I can take to resolve this issue promptly. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring my account as soon as possible.

I have the same happen. I made a payment in February and my store got deactivated in August. I am still waiting for escalation team to help.
