I have added two color variants for this sofa , variant is working but its not displaying the color. I can see that other color swatches are displaying the color ( I havent added those, someone else did that job)
see the attached image please , if i pick any color that is in the default entries , it will display the color, but if i make any new entry , it doesnt

Basically, there is a newer recommended way of defining swatches which most modern themes support – https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/custom-data/metafields/category-metafields/using-category-metafields
Previously, many themes used their other ways to define “custom” colors for swatches.
Your theme seems to be pretty old now (5.4.0 vs current 8.3.3), can’t tell how it’s done there, need to see the theme code.

Yes I visited their support. But I couldn’t fix it because the newer versions have different method of adding variants.
They actually have a an option to add custom color codes. But mine doesn’t.
Hi @AmrahAshraf you can actually display variant images in your variant picker by using Rubik Variant Images app. It is also possible to just upload custom color image which will also show fabric details of your sofas.
