i need help with getting my variants to show up on my products pages. We are using Turbo Chicago theme. Variants are set up fine on the backend but are not showing up on the website.

Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and for sharing your concern, I would be happy to point you in the right direction.
That is a really interesting issue, in my experience, this generally happens when specific parts of the theme code are modified or if a third party app is conflicting with your product page. Are you able to provide some additional information as to when this started happening, and if you made any recent changes to your store?
In the meantime, If you did add the product variants correctly through your admin, then it may be best to reach out to your theme developers directly to see if they can provide some insight as to why this is happening. You can submit a request through the Out of the Sandbox Theme Support to find out some more information.
