In early January, I made an order to a shop using shopify. I had used their shop before with no problems so I decided to place an order of increased value as I was happy with their service and the end product. However, The second time around I placed my order and it never arrived. I waited around for a few weeks thinking that it had been delayed or got lost. It’s now been over 4 months and I haven’t received my items or a refund. I have tried to contact the seller on their website and via email where I have been ignored and additionally I have tried to contact shopify but the assistant told me I can only get help from a real person if I pay.
