Why haven't I received an invoice after a recent purchase?

I have recently purchased a product but have had no invoice or email. The payment has been taken out of my account. It seems almost impossible to contact shopify. I can submit a query on line as the sites asks for a URL..I don’t have the url as I haven’t received any confirmation email for the purchase..

When did you place this order? Also, are you still able to visit the site you purchased from? Looking through their website for social media links and other information is best to figure out ways to communicate with this store. If you have placed your order and it has been over 30 days then it is time to reach out to your banking partner used in this transaction for a refund.

When it comes to situations like these, we either need to reach the store to get an update on your product, if not, we reach out to the bank to get request to get those funds back.

I have attached our ORDER FAQ for your reference as well but I look forward to hearing from you and getting more information.
