I can log into my account but when I click on “View your store” at the top right corner of the screen, it takes me to a page that says “This site can’t be reached.” It was working fine until yesterday. What happened? What changed? How do I fix it? Please HELP! I am completely new to all of this.

I appreciate the screenshots that you have provided as that is very helpful! Just to gather some additional context, did you make any changes to your online store domain/URL?
The reason I am asking is that the error message you are receiving looks like an issue with the DNS settings for the domain. If that is the case, you can make your online store live once again by changing your primary domain to your .myshopify.com URL.

Thank you, Ollie. That fixed the issue. It just took me a while to figure out where to find the place to make that change since I’m completely new to the Shopify community. All’s good now.
