We have setup a discount code for free shipping that goes into effect for orders over $50, and we have the countries listed as “For United States” as we want the free shipping to only be used within the states. However, in the last day we have received 2 orders where they were international, but still were able to receive free shipping and I am not sure how it is possible.
Hi Michael, first, yes I have the discount setup with it like how you show in the picture. I also have shipping profiles created, but im not sure if or where I went wrong on the “shipping zones”? here is what it currently looks like
I think I jumped the gun by mentioning shipping profiles. The problem seems to be with the discount, not the shipping profile. Are you using any discount apps that might be granting free shipping based on order amount? If not, please review all of your discounts to make sure all relevant discount are restricted to the US only.
I totally forgot, yeah we do have a discount app, I just checked it and the free shipping tab for it had the same parameter of the other discount we have, just without the location restriction, so it made it open to everyone around the world. Thank you for the help!
