We Could Not Verify Your Credit Card. Transaction Declined

I can’t link my card. I have a US bank account and I’ve used this card multiple times before on shopify and never had a problem before. I contacted my bank and they told there aren’t any issues with the card. I entered all my info correctly and I double checked with my bank about my billing address.

Please help me solve this problem.

Thank you for reaching out! I’m sorry you are having difficulties paying your Shopify bill.

You can pay your Shopify bill using a valid credit card, a debit card co-branded with Mastercard, Visa or American Express, Shopify Balance, or PayPal. A bank account will not work to pay your Shopify bill.

I am trying to pay using my debit card (Visa) but it will not link. I have used this same card on multiple stores before

Have you tried it on a different device? Your browser history may be picking up an old connection causing the transaction to be continuously declined. I recommend a new device or a different browser to see if the transaction goes through.

Live support were not able to solve this problem for me. I also called my bank again and they told me my card is working normally and doesn’t have any problems.
