I cannot get on to support to rectify this issue. The client now has to go to monthly, which is not what’s desired.

We do indeed have a Shopify Annual Subscription rate however the screenshot you have provided below is not correct. The discount for selecting our annual plan gives you a 10% discount off the total bill, not 50%. I do not believe this is a legitimate Shopify gateway.
Can you share with me a link to where exactly you seen this price? Was it through an ad, or an app? Did you make a payment? I would love to investigate this further and these answers will help me out greatly. Thank you.

It was ONLY accessed through the legitimate Shopify account, so I am unsure as to why you would say it was wrong. How else would we have reached the check out? Thoroughly confused.
It appears that, even if it was that day, Shopify had incorrect information on the site and this forced us to choose monthly instead of yearly. Without a plan, we do not believe that would have been able to launch the complaint properly.
In checking today, the account reflects the correct price, the one we had hoped to see on the day we tried to upgrade, using the very same process used today.
So I unsure of how you can further investigate this, but what you will see is that we are on the ‘monthly’ plan, a decision we did not wish to resolve to.
