Hello, I have a problem. I have now registered Shopify. Before signing up, it was showing me that the price would be $14.44 per month if I paid a full year up front. But now in my account it shows me that the price is higher. What should I do please? I want the promised price of $14.44. Does anyone have any experience?

I have numerous Shopify stores and have probably started 100 over the past ~5 years. Iâve never experienced this problem. From my experience, just ensure you choose âannualâ and typically you have to pay for the year upfront (which they divide out by 12 months to give you the /mo price).
I donât see where itâs changing the price for me when I just tried it. Can you send a screenshot of you going through the couple steps where you are seeing the price difference?

Based on the first screenshot you shared, you have the Basic Shopify Annual plan selected. With this plan selected, an annual billing schedule helps you get the best price on your subscription. As well as extra add-ons such as free third-party calculated shipping rates or a free custom domain. For more information, check out our pricing plans within our help center.
Without having access to your Shopify admin/settings, Iâm unable to determine the reason for the price change youâve described. Could you create a support request via the Shopify Help Center? That way our team will be able to authenticate your account and take a look within your settings to ensure youâre seeing the correct pricing.

I emailed yesterday morning, but no one responded. I used to always contact Shopify support via livechat, but now I donât see that option anymore. Have you cancelled live chat?
