I checked your website, and it is working perfectly fine. If this issue is happening to some, then there might be a local issue going on their end. Kindly try to suggest to them to do troubleshooting steps such as, switching to different browser, use a different device, restart their device, and switch different internet connection for example, use mobile data instead of Wi-fi.
