Remove the domain from Online Store > Domains.
Then re-add it again. See if that works, sometimes, the SSL doesn’t get applied for the domain and it gets stuck in limbo.
By removing both the www and root domain and adding it again you can normally push this through quicker than reaching out to Shopify support.
