Website not loading and Domains not under Online Store tab

I bought a domain through Shopify about a week ago. My website was working fine until then, and then I found the message that my site couldn’t be reached. Also, I’m not certain if this is relevant but the Domains button that I’ve seen under others’ Shopify Online Store tabs is not there in my case. I can still access Domains through Settings, and I have edited the DNS settings. I entered 23.227.38.65 as the A record (it was a 32 at the ending before) and I entered 2620:0127:f00f:5:: as the AAAA record (it was f00f:3:: at the ending before). I put a period at the ending of my CNAME record, which is shops.myshopify.com.

I’ve reached out recently to get help setting up Customer Accounts thinking this to be the issue, but my website continues to be unreachable. It says, your connection to this site is not secure, this site can’t be reached, etc. I don’t know what I’m doing.

If anything changes I’ll keep you all posted. Any advice will be great.

@bosmugs123 It seems like there may be an issue with your DNS settings or domain configuration. Double-check that your DNS records are correctly set: the A record should be 23.227.38.65, the AAAA record should be 2620:0127:f00f:5::, and the CNAME record should be shops.myshopify.com. (with a period at the end). Verify that your domain is properly connected in Shopify’s domain settings. Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and accessing your site from different networks. If the problem continues, it’s best to contact Shopify support for further assistance.

SOLVED

After a week of wondering what the heck was wrong with my new website, come to find out Plume was blocking me from accessing it while everyone else in the world can see it. All I had to do was to install a VPN. I use Browsec it’s a free extension in case anyone comes across this with the same issue.
