Can someone please let me know what the yellow circle means next to my google channel? I get that there are errors that must be fixed, but when it is yellow, does this mean they are not being displayed at all?
To get the most accurate and up to date info go to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics.
Info from Shopify, is in this case considered 3rd party, so viewing data at source is always recommended.
In the diagnostics tab, you get two types of warnings (yellow), errors (red), that prevent products from showing and warnings that limit the product performance.
