In order to get your Merchant Card Processor account details, you’ll need to contact our Shopify Support team as your Account ID is unique to your store. They will be able to look into your account internally and provide you with that information so you can continue with your Sales Permit application!

This is an old post, but for anyone looking here is the answer:
‘Shopify Payments’ as the Merchant Card Processor Name.
We use the Shop ID as the Merchant Card Processor Account number, your account is XXXXXXXXXXX (11 digit number)
