Hi,
I’m having a lot of problems with uploading images to my products, they won’t seem to wanna get stuck there. I´ve tried many different ways both through the app and the web, but nothing works. Is there a way on how to solve it, or is it something wrong with the “Debut” theme?

I understand you’re having an issue with adding images to your products. While I haven’t seen any other reports of this issue or issues with the Debut theme, we do have a couple of video tutorials for adding products. Just to confirm, are you saving the product after adding the images? Does this issue persist across other browsers or devices?
If the issue continues to persist and you’re still unable to add images to your products, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. You will need to re-customize the layout of the new copy of your theme as well as uninstall and reinstall any apps that added any customized features in your theme (after you publish the updated copy).
