Currently, we do not offer Shopify Payments for Saudi Arabia, if that is the specific country you are asking about. I would suggest checking out our handy guide for available third-party payment gateways in Saudi Arabia.
At this time there is no news on Shopify Payments being available to Saudi Arabian merchants, however, I have gone ahead and added your request for our development team to consider. The more requests from merchants we get, the better the chances for extending the availability of Shopify payments to Saudi Arabia and other countries.
