Where can I get my TIN (tax identification number) from my W-9

As Shopify is not a marketplace like Etsy, Amazon or eBay, we are not required to have TIN. We are also a Canadian company operating in the United States, so we do not have a W-9 form either. We instead have a W-8BEN-E form available.
