Where to check the contact information in shopify message？

These days I have been looking for the message form information in the shopify backend, but I can’t find it in the backend control panel. Then, in the shopify document, I can see that: “Your contact form sends all submissions to the Sender email address of your store. You can change the sender email address in the General settings of your Shopify admin.” Have you ever encountered this situation?

Why is there no message in the background? I want to use Excel to export the message of the customer！

Hi @Mrliang ,

go to the Settings, you find it in left lower corner in your Shopify Admin (that is the tricky part). Then select General und you will see the fields for the sender email.

By default there is no option to get contact form submission data from Shopify, but you can use this custom solution to save all Shopify contact form data into your own Google Spreadsheet.
