Hi, I’m trying to find where in the shopify admin area the template for the “Balance paid for order..” email that sends to the draft order creator is.
We recently split out B2B and B2C stores, and staff are no longer getting these emails and I am having no luck figuring out where it is.
I believe this email send when a customer pays through an invoice link or if the customer logs into their account and pays themselves in the customer backend.
Any help would be appreciated.
