Who manages product returns in Oberlo dropshipping to Sweden?

Hi

do i need adress where i will take returns? Or does the buyer sends it directly to supplier?

Hi @Beka84

Not all supplier accepts returns, so you need to check your supplier’s policies before offering returns to your customers. And you should create your return and refund policy, clarifying in which case you’ll offer a return and refund, making sure your product return policy matches your dropship wholesaler’s policy

For a dropshipping store, when a customer is returning a product, the process will look like this:

  1. The customer contacts you to request a return.
  2. You request an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) from your supplier.
  3. The customer sends the product(s) back to your supplier. And your customer writes the RMA # on the address.
  4. The supplier refunds you for the product’s wholesale price (s).
  5. You refund the customer for the product’s retail price(s).
The only thing now to decide is if you pay for the return shipping costs or if you let your customer pay for it.
And in some cases, offering a refund without return can save you more.
