I have the app My Online fashion Store and it’s asking me to pick a plan for a free trial. I’m past the trial period and have already been charged for their monthly fee. Is it a Shopify issue or a My online shop issue? I don’t want to get charged twice if I resign up for the trial.

The fee you’re seeing here is specific to the app you’ve installed and not related to the Shopify monthly fee. Trials are also independent between apps & Shopify.

This is PostPurchaseSurvey.com - the easiest Post Purchase Survey solution on the market. Definitely reach out to the app. It’s probably just a bug in their code and their support should be able to get you squared away quickly : )
