Why am I getting a 502 Bad Gateway Error while printing labels?

I am currently attempting to print labels for products via the Retail Barcode Labels app, but whenever I click “Print Labels” I receive this error code. Not really sure where else to go from here. Updated my OS (macOS) and cleared cache in both Safari and Chrome. Nothing seems to be working.
