I keep getting error code 502 bad gateway and can no longer print barcode labels. I have cleared Cache and nothing has helped. Needing help quickly.

To provide some context, there was a known issue related to the Shopify Retail Label Printer App yesterday that was causing 502 errors to populate. As our Developers have since resolved this, you should no longer be experiencing that issue but can suggest a few local troubleshooting steps!
I recommend attempting the following:
- Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
- Access the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc).
- Access the shop from Another Device (i.e phone).
If after attempting the outlined steps above, you continue to receive a 502 error, please Contact Support to allow us to investigate further.
