Why am I getting visitors but no sales on my online store?

Hi i have a store called Regismobile

https://www.regismobile.com/

I have had used social media influencers and pintrest to drive traffic to my site which has resulted in over 400 visitors but I am yet to make my first sale! Please can you give me feedback on what you think is wrong with my site and what I can do to get sales?

What you need to do is look at the dwell time of your top referrers, if they are 30secs or less, then it’s probably bots sent out by the social media platforms.

I have yet to be convinced that social media is the great marketing platform we are told it is, In the six months my site has been up and running I have not had one sale from any social media platform, when I asked actual customers if they saw my ad on social media, most of them replied that they use some form of ad blocker software !

My best sales come from Google or links from niche forums and blogs, it may be a good idea to change your marketing strategy and see what effect it has.

I did a reverse image search on one of your product images and this was just the first page (of dozens).

Unfortunately, it is a cruel, hyper-competitive world for resellers and dropshippers (except Amazon, of course)

There are few ways to make a go of it as a reseller which I cover here but it’s tough.

Hey!

It sucks to spend money on new visitors who never turn into customers. I just looked over your website, and the design is incredible! You’ve done a great job with messaging, and it’s crystal clear what you’re selling.

But I noticed that there’s nothing to pull visitors further into your site. What if they have questions or need a bit more convincing before making a sale?

That’s actually what ChipBot app, helps with. You can make interactive videos, persuasive messages, and set up an FAQ bot.

We have a free plan, so check it out if you’re still finding it hard to make sales. Good luck!
