Hey @Interbailey .
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate the context that you have shared with us! By any chance, could you share your online store URL? As this will allow us to explore the online store and provide feedback.
Looking forward to your response.

Hey @Interbailey .
Thanks for the quick response and providing your URL.
Looking into the URL, I noticed that you are using an announcement bar to inform your customers of the free shipping offer, which is great! What do you think about including an elusive discount code as well? This can create more incentive for your new visitors to begin browsing your products.
Additionally, you can make your homepage more engaging by adding a slideshow section under the header navigation menu. You could add your favorite product or best seller to help strengthen your brand and show your customers some of the products available without having to scroll/browse.
When I was looking through the homepage of your online store, I noticed that some sections still have the default text that is added when the section is added to your store using the Theme Editor. In some cases, if your customers or visitors see that a typo or text that doesn’t belong on the website, it can deter them from browsing or making a purchase. I took a screenshot of the area I am referring to:
When taking a look at your store today I also noticed that you do not currently have a favicon set for your website. A favicon is a small square image that represents a website in web browser tabs. If you take a look at the top tab bar of your browser right now, I’m sure you’ll see several favicons! Typically, favicons feature a logo, the first letter of the company name or simply an image that reflects the specifics of the website it represents. Adding a favicon to your online store can help strengthen your brand and add a polished look to your website. You can click on this link to read instructions on how to create and add your own favicon your store.
Keep in mind that these images are displayed quite small, so it’s good to keep in mind that the image you use should be readable at small sizes. It is a good thing to remember that the little changes that you make on the online store can have a huge impact on your customers experience.
Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
Hello @Interbailey ,
This is flareAI - Generating Sales from Google Search, on Autopilot. Helping Shopify merchants in generating $5 million in sales from Google Search. I would like to give you some suggestions regarding your question here.
It’s important to convert your store traffic to sales. Optimizing your Shopify store is not a one-time process. It’s something you should always be doing to get better.
Below are several techniques that when implemented correctly can increase your sales.
- Make the Home page attractive
Your Home page should be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and should load fast. Avoid excessive images and text. Stay on brand and on message with a simple, attention-capturing design. - Add testimonials to build trust
Adding testimonials, reviews, and badges to your home page beneath your main content will help in building trust and project credibility. - Organize product collections/categories effectively
Make sure your customers experience better and more simple navigation through your store. - Use high-quality product images
Clear, quality product images give consumers quick information on a product. They can see the color, pattern, style, shape, and quality of the product with a glance. - Highlight product benefits
Avoid copy-pasting the description provided by the manufacturer. The product description gives you a great opportunity to integrate SEO keywords and the reason why you should purchase it. - Optimize the Checkout process
You might lose a lot of customers right when they are ready to buy if your checkout process isn’t simple. - Allow Guest Checkout
Offering a guest checkout option takes the checkout optimization process to the next level. You will get more abandoned carts if you want them to create an account to complete the checkout. - Add blogging
Apart from writing great content on your product landing pages, you should also leverage blogging to educate, inform, and engage your target audience. - Reduce Price Shock
If the extra costs (shipping, tax, fees, etc.) are too high you will get more cart abandonment. One way to eradicate this problem is by offering free shipping. Make sure to highlight that you’re not charging anything to deliver the products. - Remind abandoned cart customers
With abandoned cart emails, you can remind your customers of the items they expressed interest in and then leave your store with no intention of returning. You can do this from your store Settings > Checkout > Abandoned Cart section > Choose to send abandoned cart emails either one, six, 10, or 24 hours after a customer abandons a cart. - Make sure your store is mobile-friendly
Over 54% of all web traffic comes from smartphones and tablets, so make sure your store is mobile-friendly. - Site navigation menu should be easy to use
Your site’s main header navigation menu should contains links to collections, pages like Contact Us, About Us, FAQ etc. The footer navigation menu should contain links to Privacy policy, Terms of service, Return & Exchange Policy, and Shipping policy.
Consumers trust organic sales channels like Google and rely on it even more and are using it at a rate that exceeds the growth of display and organic social. flareAI will help to scale your site sustainably at NO Agency fees, NO Pay-per-click, and NO paid marketplaces. flareAI actively grows your store presence on Google Search.
