I don’t receive an email when someone fill out my contact form. I have a paid plan as well.

Could you advise on the following:
- Are you receiving new order notifications, staff-related emails and other Shopify emails?
- Have you checked your spam and junk folder?
- A timeline of when this issue first started?
I’d also like to go through a troubleshooting step of trying to send a test notification to see if you’re able to receive it. I’ll share the step-by-step process below.
Sending a test notification:
- 
In your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Notifications. 
- 
Scroll down to the Staff order notifications section. 
- 
Next to the email that is affected, click the trash icon to delete any recipients that are not receiving notifications as expected. 
- 
Under Staff order notifications, click Add recipient to re-add the same email address. 
- 
Click Save. 
By removing and re-adding the affected email address, this should trigger the proper creation of these notification subscriptions, and going forward they should send through courier as normal.
