Hello. I have to verify my domain and they send an email to verify my domain but haven’t received it yet. It tried many times, waited for days, still hasn’t received it. I changed my email, thinking that my email is the problem but still hasn’t received the email yet. How can I verify my domain?

Your domain may have fallen into a suspended state and the admin indicates Action Required as you need to verify your domain. You won’t receive the verification email, since it can’t be sent to a suspended domain.
In order to resolve this, you’ll need to change the email address associated with the domain (to something that’s not associated with the custom domain.) This will help go through the verification process and automatically verify the email address once done.
For better visibility, I’ll share the steps below to update the email address on file to receive the domain verification email.
- Within your Shopify admin, navigate to Settings > Domains section.
- Next, select the domain that you’d like to edit.
- There will be a drop-down menu named Domain settings.
- Select Edit contact information.
- Then edit the email address to an inbox you currently have access to, at which time the verification email will be resent.
