Why am I not receiving my payments after 15 years of use?

I AM NOT RECEIVING MY PAYMENTS SHOPIFY. We have used you for 15 years. I now realize you don’t support your product anymore. YOUR SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT. YOUR SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE.

I am calling GODADDY. We are moving off your platform. You have abandoned your customers. To not provide a way to talk with someone, or atleast turn in an email/chat for support is unacceptable. You are going to pay a price, and I hope I’m one of many customers leaving your platform.

You can find your options for contacting us via support here on our Help Centre page.

Just enter your query when prompted, in this case, ‘not receiving payouts’ for example, and you can scroll down the page to see your options for support contact.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend you check in your email provider’s spam or other folders to see if you have any contacts out from our team already.

Otherwise, you can reach out via the Help Centre above where we’ll be able to access and discuss your account securely and work to clarify or resolve this situation for you.

I think we are receiving the payments now. I have another questions about the new policy on WebHooks and HTTPS. However, I have to jump through hoops and select categories that don’t apply. I looked at your website for 30 minutes and couldn’t find a way to contact a person via phone or chat. Your statement, support 24/7, is misleading at best and downright lying at worst.

You have buried in your support forums any way to contact support. You used to have a toll-free number on your website. Now you have nothing. You make your customers, that pay you good money, sift through forums and discussions to find the golden ticket - a way to contact you… I still have no clue on how to contact you. I’m having to talk with you in a forum. How do you think this is good for your business? Again, we pay you every time a transaction happens on our website. How can you not have support readily available to your customers?

I just went through your Help Center and do now see a Contact Us Form. I really hope you make it easier to find this email option. I think there should be a phone number, but atleast you are providing some way to contact you.

Thanks for letting me know you were able to access support okay via the Help Centre link I shared and sorry to hear you are not happy with how support is being made available to you.

You can request a phone callback when available from the options presented there and when capacity is not available you can still use the live chat, email, etc options.

We’re able to provide general Shopify support from here in the forums, but for any account-specific matters, you’d need to be getting in touch via the help centre.
