Hello I have scheduled my payouts for every business day, however I have not yet received my payouts and I have funds waiting to be transferred to my account. Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Hello Moira, I’m having the same problem with my payouts. It has almost been 2 weeks that my payouts have been pending. I have the right bank account attached and I’ve given all the information that I need to provide. I have my payouts set to every business day as well.

You can view the status of your payouts by following this guide available here. With that being said, if you are not receiving your payouts and have made changes to your payout schedule - we will need to take a further look into your online store. You can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. Once you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
