Why is my daily payout status still pending after a month?

hi I have my payout set to every business day and it has been almost a month and I still haven’t received my money in my account

I understand that you have some concerns about your payouts - I would be happy to steer you in the right direction.

Pending transactions typically refer to sales that have been made but have not yet been transferred to your bank account through a Shopify Payments Payout. Payouts can be pending for a number of reasons, however if you have noticed you haven’t received your payout in over a month, it sounds like something isn’t quite right here.

The pay period refers to the amount of time between the date that a customer’s payment is captured and the date that those funds are sent to your bank account. You mentioned that your pay period is each business day - to confirm this, you can select your region from this list here, and it will show you the minimum pay period available for your region. Be aware, the funds do not necessarily appear in your bank account right after they’re sent, as banks typically take between 24-72 hours to process deposits.

I would recommend checking your store admin Settings > Payments section to see if there are any error messages or notifications related to these payouts. This may provide insights into the delay. Also, ensure that the bank account details you provided for the payout are accurate (double-check the account number and any other necessary information).
