Why is my bank payout still pending after 2 weeks?

Hi,

Our payout to our bank is pending since last 2 weeks, what could be the problems and how to resolve that?

Hello @Mubin !

Could you check what payout period you have set in your Shopify Payments settings by doing the following:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
  2. In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
  3. In the Payout schedule box in the Payout details section, and see which payment period is chosen there.

Based on what you set, your payouts may be delayed - so I would suggest to set it to every day. This will mean that as soon as your payout is processed (which can take 24-48hours on Shopify, and then an additional period of time depending on your bank), you will receive the payment.

Thanks for the reply.

Our payout is already set for 24 to 48 hours, however, for last 2 weeks, it is pending. Could not figure out the reason.

Please advise.
