Why am I not receiving the login code for my Om Cosmo account?

Hi

I didn’t login to my account for a while and now when I try to login I only get the message by email that someone tried to login to my account but no code. It is very annoying. My shop name is sanghrah. It is a shop of Om Cosmo by Bernardi.

If you’re still unable to log in to your store, please try clearing your cache folder (Check on google, how to do so if you don’t already know).

I understand you’re experiencing issues upon login as you haven’t logged into your account, you received an email however no login code is present. Could you advise when was your last login?

It sounds like you’re referring to the 10-digit code that you did not receive. Oftentimes, this code is required if it’s been some time since you’ve logged into your account. The code will verify the account owner’s access, and adds an additional layer of store security. If you haven’t received the code could you please ensure you’re checking your filtered, spam or junk folders?

After ensuring the code is not within any folders of your email, I recommend reaching out directly to our support team via the Help Center. You’ll be able to create a support request to get in contact with our team so we can have a closer look at your account settings.

To create a support request, please follow the steps below.

How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Navigate to the Help Center and log in to your store.
  • Select a topic from the ones provided. In this case, please select Account.
  • Under Support Topics for Account, click Logging in.
  • On the following page, scroll to the very bottom and select one of the available support options under Get Support.
