I have a question, I’m not able to find the answer so I’m writing to you!
I’m selling online products and when customer buys the product, he receives two emails. One is with correct email adress but the second goes with delivery@shopify.com and mail theme <???>
This instructions don’t help, let me show you, you send instructions how to change this in the mail , but I have this problem with the <???>. I use this app for my digital downloads https://apps.shopify.com/digital-downloads
And when customer buy digital product he receives 2 emails, first you send instructions how to change info there and second <???. from [delivery@shopify.com](mailto:delivery@shopify.com) and I want tho cahnge theme from <???> and change emailto my shop mail
The first email is the order confirmation email which is sent as soon as the order is placed. The second email is expected and will appear in the inbox when a customer clicks to download the digital file product from the Thank You page, as shown below.
While disabling the ‘Downloads ready’ notification is not currently available, I can see how this feature might be useful to have with our Digital Downloads app. I will be putting forth a feature request to our developers to make the notifications optional.
Have you heard of SendOwl? It’s a similar app to Digital Downloads, which might be worth checking out. SendOwl allows more control over your digital products and offers a free trial for you to try out. If you require support with this app, you can also reach out to the developers directly through the contact information in their app page’s Support section. Let me know if this helps!
What is it that you are selling with Shopify? I would love to know more about your business so that I can provide more specific resources to help you get started.
