I canceled my store but was still charged. I need a refund.
Consider sending an email to merchant support, they’ll look into the account.

I am sorry to hear you are closing your store and leaving Shopify, however I realize that decisions like this are sometimes important ones to make for your business. Were you experiencing any trouble with your store that perhaps I could assist with?
It sounds like you may have either closed your store after your free trial ended, or closed the store after you had been billed for another month’s subscription.
