Hi, I subscribed to FREE TRIAL to check out Shopify (study how it works) and I failed to cancel my subscription. I am not using my shopify account and store and I just saw the billing on my card. Tried closing my store already. Hope you can help me refund the billing for it please. Thank you!

If you are looking for a refund here, you have taken the right steps in trying to close the store first. Did this work for you, and if not, could you let me know what went wrong so I can see if I can help you out there?
If you did successfully close the store, the next step for you would be to get in touch with us here so that we can see if the refund is possible, and issue it for you. The reason I am redirecting you is because we are currently not able to look into your account details via the Shopify Community.
