Why am I still being charged for an inactive Spotify account?

I’m still being charged for an account that I have inactivated.

I have emailed Spotify several times but heard nothing back and am being charged £33 each month.

When I log into my account it says there is not a store associated anymore, obviously because it’s inactive.

Im desperate for a human to speak to but can’t find a number.

I closed the store due to financial reasons so really can’t afford to lose this money.

Can anyone help :folded_hands:
