Why are all my online stores missing from my account?

Hello,

I logged into my account and all of my stores are missing. I have 3 stores. 2 that are fully up and operating and one that was put on pause. Payments were automatically taken yesterday and my stores have been missing for a couple of days. They do not appear when I log into shopify, nor does the links work when I go to the websites.

Weird, are you still able to reach out to the support?
The stores are still online though?

Hello @Elle-Marie ,

Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

  1. Get in Touch with Shopify Support
Contact Shopify’s customer support. Their teams are readily available to help resolve any concerns related to your account. They can offer you the most precise and timely assistance tailored to your particular circumstances. You can get in touch with them either through the Shopify website or by utilizing their support channels.

  2. Verify Payment and Billing Information
Please review your payment and billing details to verify there are no problems with the payment processing. If you notice any inconsistencies or worries, reach out to your payment provider or seek assistance from Shopify support to address them.

  3. Check Store Status
Please ensure that there are no unpaid balances or overdue payments that might have led to the suspension or temporary removal of your stores. If needed, please settle any outstanding payments in order to regain access to your stores.

  4. Reviewing the Notifications and Emails
Please review your email inbox and any notifications from Shopify to check for any messages regarding your account or stores. There might be important information or updates that could provide insights into the current situation.

  5. Evaluate Recent Actions
Take into account whether any recent activities or modifications were performed on your Shopify account that could have impacted the visibility or accessibility of your stores. For instance, have you made any adjustments to your store settings, themes, or permissions? Identifying and reversing any unintended changes might assist in restoring your stores.

Reach out to Shopify support in such situations because they can offer customized assistance and access your account information to conduct a thorough investigation.

Hope this helps
