With regards to this inquiry however, we always refer you to your email first. When our internal teams make changes to your account, they will send you a direct email explaining as to why so we always ask you to look through your inbox first regarding such matters. The email will explain why the account was put on hold as well as next possible steps to resolve it.
If you are not seeing any messages however, we recommend you reach out to our live support team. They are the ones who can open up the back end of your account and dig deeper as to why it is currently not active.

Given that you do not see any correspondence from our teams regarding this account, I recommend uou reach out to our live support team with the link in my previous response as they are the ones who can open up the back end of your account and actually see what is happening once they verify your credentials. This is the kind of information that we cannot access over social channels like the Community.
Also, we always recommend you use this tool to ensure you are logging in with the correct information. It is fairly common to have multiple Shopify accounts so it is also common merchants get those accounts mixed up. The link above will ensure you are logging in the intended account.
