Hello, I seem to be having issues with my payout account where I do not seem to be receiving anything from it. I’m not sure if there was anything wrong with the setup o or if the issue is with the bank account I have linked but the payouts page seem to list all of the records as pending even when all the payments have been fulfilled. Can someone help me with this?
Please check in your store admin > Settings > Payments. If your set up is Manually then please go to your orders and click Capture to get the payment and change your payment setting to Automatically so you don’t need to click Capture button to get the payment next time
