I’m getting reports from customers. I sell video downloads and a few are telling me they get a download that just has the sound, no picture. When I check, the correct file is linked, and downloads fine on a test order.
My second issue is that on my product pages, where I have Youtube links, if yo click them a message comes up saying “Video unavailable.” However, the link is fine, and if you refresh the product page, it plays.
Both issues are recent, not happened before.
