Only 4 Products showing in my all collection I want them 12 to show on mobile & Dekstop Too

Unfortunately my Theme doesn’t have option to select how many products need to show that’s the reason
Showing more than 4 on the homepage appears to be breaking your website and causing alot of content to go off screen.
