We recently tried adding gift cards to our site, but only the lowest denomination is showing. We added the gift cards by going to Products > Gift Cards. We’re using the Brooklyn theme. Any suggestions to get this to work? Our website is www.svenandson.com

To show the biggest denomination by default:
You must place the denomination you wish to select by default in your store in the first position in the Shopify admin by reordering the denominations of your gift card, see here :
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Products > All products.
Click the name of the product (Gift card) whose denominations you want to re-order.
In the Variants section of the product details page, click More options > Reorder variants.
In the Reorder variants and options dialog, click and drag the relevant denomination name to move it to the first position.
When a customer is on the gift card page, they see the first selected denomination for this gift card in the first position.
After you have the denominations in the order that you want, you can change the display order of the denomination values. Click and drag the relevant denomination value to move it to a first position.
When a customer is on the gift card page, they see the denomination value you set in the first position by default.
Click Save.

I’m having this same problem, and can’t find a solution anywhere.
The problem is that the gift card only shows up as one denomination. There is no pull down menu, or variant selection option. Here’s a screen shot showing you what I mean.
I made the gift card using shopify’s “add a gift card product”, and tried deleting and redoing it to see if it solved the problem, but it’s not working!

Unfortunately the instructions Michael gave me didn’t work. I ended up figuring out it was a variant app we were using that was causing the problem. Once I reset it and configured it for our needs it worked again. I hope that provides some help to you!
